Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs and educate them about the benefits of solar power solutions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of customers' properties to determine the feasibility of solar installations
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the installation process and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or questions
• Stay updated on industry trends, solar technologies, and government incentives to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, networking, and effective sales strategies
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in solar sales or a similar role is preferred but not required - we offer a great training program!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships
• Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and cooperative mindset

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
